Shipping & return policy for Tafelgeluk

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping for almost all our tableware products. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

  • Free shipping to Belgium for orders over €100,-
  • Free shipping to the Netherlands for orders over €150,-

Shipping costs might deviate for partners within our trade programs. Specific agreements will be made per individual case. Contact hello@tafelgeluk.com for more information.

Packaging

At Tafelgeluk we care deeply about the environment, want to make a positive impact and create as little waste as possible. For that reason, items will be packaged in recycled and reused material. We work with companies near us to collect and recycle packaging materials as much as possible.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU law.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Our tableware is in most cases fragile. Products are carefully and securely packaged.

Nevertheless, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@tafelgeluk.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and ensure you receive the necessary support.

If products get damaged or lost during transport, customers will get a refund for those products. To be eligible for a refund in case of damaged items, we will require clear photos of the damage and may ask for additional information to process the refund. Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support at hello@tafelgeluk.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers will use a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return. Make sure that the products are carefully packaged, so they will not get damaged on their way back to our warehouse. These products will not be refunded.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will include the product cost but will not cover the original shipping fees.
